25일 업계의 말에 따르면 쿠팡(대표 김범석), 위메프(대표 박은상), 티몬(대표 유한익) 등의 소셜커머스와 대형 온,오프라인몰인 LF(대표 오규식), 신세계인터내셔널(대표 차정호) 등은 핸드폰 소액결제 후 취소 시 결제월과 취소월이 다르더라도 계좌로 현금을 우선 지급하고 있습니다.
신세계인터내셔널 관계자는 “핸드폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 유사한 구조이기 때문에 당사자가 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 말했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “핸드폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 덕에 현금으로 당장 지급하고 있습니다”고 이야기하였다.
